Terms and Conditions of Use

1. What Neralda is

A management platform for aesthetics and wellness businesses (aesthetic clinics, spas, barbershops and similar): calendar and appointments, client files, WhatsApp communication and reminders, before/after photos and documents, payment and checkout records, reports and artificial-intelligence features. Your business's access is governed by the service agreement between your business and us; these terms govern your individual use as a user.

2. Your account

• Your account is personal and non-transferable. Keep your password safe and do not share it.
• Your business's administrator defines your role and what you can see and do in the system.
• Notify your administration or support immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

3. Proper use

You agree to:

• Use the platform only for the legitimate management of your business.
• Enter truthful and relevant information.
• Respect the confidentiality of client data: access only the information your role and your work require, in accordance with Ecuador's Organic Law on Personal Data Protection (LOPDP). Keep in mind that treatment records, allergies, skin conditions and before/after photos may be sensitive data and deserve the utmost care.
• Not attempt to breach security, extract data in bulk, or use the platform for illegal purposes.

4. Artificial-intelligence features

Neralda includes AI features (summaries, a daily brief, the "Emma" assistant). They are support tools to document and organize: they do not make decisions for you and do not replace your professional judgment. Any AI-generated content must be reviewed by the responsible person before being used or communicated to a client.

5. Personal data

The processing of client data is governed by the Privacy Policy and by the data processing agreement with your business. In short: the data belongs to your business and its clients; we only process it to provide the service. We never sell it or use it for advertising.

6. Availability and support

We work to keep the platform continuously available. There may be scheduled maintenance (announced in advance) and interruptions beyond our control (internet providers, WhatsApp/Meta, etc.). Support: soporte@jwautomatizations.com · WhatsApp +593 96 991 3135.

7. Intellectual property

The platform, its code, design, brand and the "Emma" character are the property of SOLUCIONES INTELIGENTES JOWI S.A.S. The information your business enters belongs to your business.

8. Limitation of liability

The platform is a management tool: commercial, administrative and client-care decisions are the responsibility of the business and its staff. Our liability towards the business is governed by the service agreement signed with it.

9. Changes

We may update these terms; we will announce relevant changes within the platform at least 15 days in advance. Continued use implies acceptance.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ecuador.
