The times are real
They come from the calendar of a sample spa, with its team and its appointments already taken. If she offers 12:00, it's because 12:00 is free.
She makes nothing up
She only names services, prices and people that exist. If you ask for something the spa doesn't do, she tells you instead of improvising.

If you book, the appointment enters the calendar instantly, with its duration and its specialist. Nobody copies it by hand afterwards.
