The system
Emma is the front door. Everything else is behind it.
Emma answers and books over WhatsApp. But the appointment she books lands in a real calendar, with the client's file, the payment, the stock and the numbers behind it. This is that part.
Three steps, and none of them is yours
- 01
Your client writes to Emma's WhatsApp
That number belongs to Emma alone: nobody else writes from it. It can be your usual number or a new one — we decide together.
Everything Emma says is visible in the system.
- 02
Emma offers real time slots
She checks your calendar, who performs that service and what's free. She never offers what you can't deliver.
She respects the branch's hours, each person's days off, the blocks you set, and equipment that can't be used twice at the same time.
- 03
The appointment is booked and confirmed
It appears in your calendar instantly. The reminder goes out by itself the day before.
If the client wants to move or cancel, she does it in the same chat and the calendar updates itself. When something falls outside what Emma knows, she hands it to you.
This is the system, for real
Not mockups. Screenshots of Neralda running.
With data from a sample business, because real clients are never published.

Your day, as soon as you sign in
How many appointments you have, how much came in and who didn't show. Without looking for anything.
Every business books differently
Filling a day with 30-minute haircuts is not the same problem as coordinating an eight-session treatment. The system is the same; what changes is what you need from it.
Aesthetic clinics
Session-based treatment plans, a facial map by units, and before-and-after photos in the client's file. The plan downloads as a PDF with your letterhead.
Spas
Session packages, and equipment that never double-books: if two services use the same machine, the system won't put them at the same time. Not you, not Emma.
Barbershops and hair salons
Short back-to-back slots, several services in one appointment with durations added up automatically, and clients who come back every three weeks.
And behind it, everything else
What Emma books, you manage here.
Calendar
By day, week, month or list. One column per person or per room, filtered by branch. Moving an appointment is dragging it; the client finds out on her own.
Client file
Her full history, her before-and-after photos, her notes, her data consent and her documents. Everything downloads as a PDF and shares over WhatsApp.
Front desk and checkout
Who's waiting, who's been seen, and the payment: cash, card, transfer or mixed. End-of-day closing with what came in through each method.
Inventory
Stock separated by branch, a warning when something is running out, and automatic deduction of the supplies each service consumes.
Marketing
Build the audience with real filters — clients who haven't come in 60 days, clients who had a given service — and send it over WhatsApp with an approved template.
Reports
What came in, who comes back and who doesn't, which service sells most and which specialist does it. Without exporting anything to Excel.
The fastest way to know if it's for you is to try it
Write to Emma and see what she says. Right here, without leaving your number.
